Property was great, we greatly enjoyed this place.

The service was good with parking onsite. The terrace had delicious meals.

The place was fairly clean and luxurious, had well-trained and attentive staff in all areas. The location was super central, magnificent in the centre. Moreover, it was adjacent to the hotel's restaurant, Ala-Too Square and a main shopping street.

It was fairly clean with efficient staff at the reception desk. Enjoyed staying at the standard double room in very clean bathroom. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and dressing gowns was a bonus. The location in a nice area was unbeatable and magnificent and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby.

Lovely building and rooms with view. A lot of options, good food. Super central location, at a short distance from Flagstaff With Country Flag.

Hotel was upscale, appreciated our stay.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay again and again. The location was amazing, relatively close to a central square. Besides, it was close enough to the center and city centre and many points of interest and big park and central museums.

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. Despite some minor issues with the locks and cleaning in one of the rooms, the overall experience was positive. The breakfast had plenty of selection, although the coffee could be improved. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, and the staff were polite and attentive. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna facilities. The high-speed WiFi was reliable throughout the hotel. I would recommend Plaza Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bishkek.

Central location not far from the ferris wheel in Panfilov Park and the Ala-Too square as well as the main sights, it was in a pretty nice area. Again, State History Museum was within walking distance.

I have just returned from a really nice stay in this family-friendly hotel, good-sized rooms. The staff are particularly helpful, managed the parking on site. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Coyote Ugly Bar close by. Would definitely go again as they provided good service.

The hotel was in an excellent location near to the ferris wheel in Panfilov Park and Panfilov Park and the Ala-Too square. Furthermore, close to good restaurants as well as most of the main must-see sights in Bishkek. Booked a room with view. The food was excellent and served in the terrace.

the location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the main tourist places. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, always ready to help with a warm smile. They made me feel so welcome. Lastly, the room was clean, tidy, and had a good-sized safe for my laptop. Plus, I had a room with a balcony, which offered a great view. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast buffet, a perfect start to the day.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

I booked a room with a nice bed, a writing table and a chair. Got a rich breakfast included.

the setting was quite good within easy reach of a central square. there was an excellent restaurant, main shopping street and a shopping street next door.
